These Terms of Service govern the use of CGI AI Manager and related services provided by PT COMMERCE GEARING INDO.
By accessing or using CGI AI Manager and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CGI AI Manager is an e-commerce management and analytics platform that provides dashboards, operational analytics, inventory monitoring, and AI-assisted business insights. The Service integrates with third-party e-commerce platforms through official APIs with explicit user authorization.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must ensure that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Integration with third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop) requires explicit authorization through the official OAuth process. Users may revoke this authorization at any time through the relevant platform's settings. Upon revocation, the Service will no longer have access to the user's platform data.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is the intellectual property of PT COMMERCE GEARING INDO. Users retain ownership of their own data processed through the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. PT COMMERCE GEARING INDO makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of analytics and insights generated by the Service. We are not liable for business decisions made based on Service outputs.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
